Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://azurasquad.com website (the “Service”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. General Terms and Conditions
You must provide valid information needed to complete the signup process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities under your account.
You must not violate any law or make any unauthorized or illegal use while using the Service.
You are fully responsible for all content and activity carried out under your account.
You must be 15 years or older to use this Service.
Support is available only to holders of paying accounts through our support channels.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You must not resell, copy, or duplicate the Service, or any part of it, without prior written permission from the Service.
Azura Squad does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
The Service reserves the right to remove any unlawful or offensive content. Abuse or threats made in an account will result in immediate account termination.
You expressly understand and agree that the Service shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the Service.
2. Access & Relationships
By using the Service, you confirm:
You are not an employee, contractor, agent, family member, or acquaintance of any company involved in anti-cheat software, game publishing, game development, or related investigative services, including but not limited to:
Microsoft, The Coalition, Nexon, Wargaming, Ubisoft, Studio Wildcard, Electronic Arts, DICE, Reto-Moto, Rockstar, 2K Games, Activision, Offworld Industries, Valve, Battleye, Easy Anti-Cheat, Punkbuster, GameBlocks, or similar entities.You are not accessing the Service for investigative purposes.
You agree not to impersonate another person.
If any of the above terms apply to you, you may not access the Service, website, forums, or software.
Violation of this clause may result in a contractual penalty of $30,000 USD per login.
3. CD Keys, License Keys, Product Keys
Your game accounts, keys, and hardware are your sole responsibility.
If your accounts are banned due to misuse of our software, it is entirely your responsibility.
Subscription services begin on payment confirmation and end at the end of the purchased period. We do not pause subscriptions unless expressly stated.
Renewal subscriptions can be cancelled to avoid future charges.
Licenses grant a limited, non-exclusive right to access our software, which may be terminated at our discretion for maintenance, security, or other reasons.
Do not register a new license key before your current subscription ends; overlapping time does not stack.
Changing services may incur fees and is at the administrators’ discretion.
Once a license key has been delivered or viewed, no refunds are offered.
Keys may be transferred to others, but the license time will continue to run from initial activation.
It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware meets requirements; no replacement keys or refunds are given for incompatibility.
We reserve the right to remove features at any time to maintain user safety. No refunds will be issued for removed features.
If a product is offline or under testing, no refund will be issued; access will be restored when service resumes.
4. Pricing, Payment, Refunds
A valid payment method (PayPal, credit/debit card, or approved alternative) is required.
All payments are for virtual, non-refundable subscriptions.
Once you have accessed our software or private member areas, you are deemed to have received the full value of your purchase.
No refunds or credits are provided for partial months of service.
All fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility.
The Service is not liable for any loss of features or inability to operate due to account downgrades.
5. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel recurring subscriptions via PayPal or our payment processor.
Upon subscription expiry, your account will be downgraded to free status.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Accounts terminated for violation of our terms may be deleted without refund.
6. Additional Information
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Azura Squad.
We may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
